Short Biography

SHAHRAM MINAEI (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 1993, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1997 and 2001, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Dogus University, Istanbul, Turkey. He has more than 200 publications in scientific journals or conference proceedings. His current research interests include current-mode Circuits and analog signal processing. His published works have received more than 6500 citations and his current H-index is 43 in Google Scholar. He is an Editor of the Journal of Circuits, Systems, and Computers (JCSC), International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications (IJCTA), and Elektronika ir Elektrotechnika. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Electronics and Communications (AEU).
