Computer Engineering

The student has to do at least 60 working days internship in three stages.

  1. INTERNSHIP (duration 20 working days / 4 weeks) The aim of this internship is to enable the students to get to know the computer technology which is widely used in the market and is widely used in enterprises. The selected companies must use computer technology intensively.
  2. INTERNSHIP (duration 20 working days / 4 weeks) The second internship should be directed towards the application of computer technology in engineering. For this reason, students have to do these internship in engineering companies that use computer technology intensively.
  3. INTERNSHIP (duration 20 working days / 4 weeks) The aim of this internship is to teach students how to design a system based on computer technology. They will choose a problem area in the company they work with (for example, this could be an information system design in a bank, or it could be an automation project of a production line in the manufacturing industry).

Industrial Engineering

Students must complete a minimum of 60 working days internship in three stages

  1. INTERNSHIP (minimum 15 working days / 3 weeks) This internship will be carried out in the workshops. Medium or large-scale manufacturing companies.
  3. INTERNSHIP (duration 25 working days / (5 weeks) The aim of this internship is to examine the Production Planning and Control System and Information System of an enterprise in the production or service sector Main study topics are Sales Forecasts, Inventory Management, Production Planning Process, Quality Management, Maintenance Management, Project Management, Cost Accounting, Investment Analysis.

Electronics and Communication Engineering

Students must complete a minimum of 60 working days internship in three stages

The purpose of the internship is to recognize the working environments in the electronics and communication sector, to facilitate the transition to business life after graduation and to reinforce the knowledge gained during the course of the study.

  1. STAT (20 business days / 4 weeks in duration) in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Communication, Control and Computer related enterprises; promotion, maintenance, repair, production, documentation, management and planning.
  2. STAND (20 working days / 4 weeks) Electrical, Electronic, Medical Electronics, Communication, Computer, Control and Automation-related enterprises in production, implementation, quality control and project management is done in the subjects. Second and third internships must be in different subjects.
  3. SET (20 working days / 4 weeks) Electrical, Electronic, Medical Electronics, Communication, Computer, Control and Automation related to research-development, design, planning and projecting is done in the subjects.

Mechanical Engineering

Students must complete a minimum of 60 working days internship in three stages.

  1. INTERNSHIP (minimum 20 working days / 4 weeks) This internship is carried out in the mechanical processing departments of industrial enterprises. Purpose of lathe, leveling, milling, planing of student v.s. The aim of this course is to provide practical knowledge about machines used in machining, welding and measurement techniques and computer aided CNC machines.
  2. INTERNSHIP (minimum 20 working days / 4 weeks) Students are expected to observe the basic production techniques in their production internship. Production internship can be carried out in the following departments: Foundry, Metal Forming, Plastic Injection, Extrusion, Production / Assembly Line.
  3. INTERNSHIP (minimum 20 working days / 4 weeks) Research-Development and Management internships can be carried out in the following sections of the organizations: Product Development / R & D, Quality Assurance, Structural Design and Analysis, Testing and Verification, Material and Process Development, Automation , Production Planning, Maintenance Repair.
