News Mechanical Engineering Departments Achieve MÜDEK Accreditation Success Our Mechanical Engineering programs, both in Turkish and English, have achieved a significant quality assurance success by being accredited by MÜDEK until September 30, 2029. Faculty Seminar on Generalized Parton Distributions Held In our faculty seminar, our visiting researcher, Dr. Muhammad Goharipour, shared his work on the investigation of nucleon structure through generalized parton distributions. A seminar on Smart Drug Delivery Systems in Nanotechnology and Photodynamic Therapy was held. As part of our faculty seminars, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emel Önal Dumanoğlu gave a seminar on smart drug delivery systems in nanotechnology and photodynamic therapy. An international project involving our faculty members has been awarded the SMART Label. An international project involving faculty members from our Department of Computer Engineering, in a consortium between Türkiye and Hungary, has been awarded the SMART Label under the SMART EUREKA 9th Call for Proposals. A seminar on Machine Learning-Based Electricity Consumption Prediction was held. As part of the weekly scientific seminars of Doğuş University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, we hosted Dr. Menekşe Yeşim Çakırlı at our faculty on June 25, 2026.
